    A leading manufacturer had introduced generative AI tools but struggled to achieve company-wide adoption. During the initial rollout, the company assumed that teaching employees how to write prompts would drive broader usage. In practice, however, active use remained limited to a small group of employees, and overall adoption levels remained low.

    In addition, the company-wide sharing of prompt templates provided employees with confidence in using generative AI, while an internal community led by generative AI ambassadors continued to generate a steady stream of frontline-driven use cases. The organization is now also working to further advance data integration.
