Givery Consulting, Inc. handles various forms of personal information in the course of its consulting and web service businesses. The personal information we obtain from customers through our business activities and our personnel (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) are very important information assets for our company. We recognize that ensuring the protection of such Personal Information is a critical social responsibility. Therefore, our company complies with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other standards regarding the protection of personal information. To handle Personal Information accurately and with integrity, we will always keep the following points in mind and do everything we can to protect the Personal Information of our customers.

Personal Information held by our company shall only be used by authorized personnel to the extent necessary for the execution of relevant duties solely within the scope of the purposes specified below.

  1. All personnel of our company recognize the importance of protecting Personal Information. Furthermore, we do not use Personal Information for any purposes other than those originally intended. Should the need arise to use it for a new purpose, we will obtain consent for the new purpose before proceeding.

We comply with applicable laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other standards regarding personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Laws and Regulations, etc.”), as well as our Personal Information Protection Management System, and handle Personal Information with integrity. Furthermore, we strive to stay informed about Laws and Regulations, etc. and ensure that all personnel engaged in our business operations (hereinafter referred to as “Employees”), as well as our business partners, are made aware of and adhere to this policy.
  3. We implement reasonable technological and organizational safeguards and preventative measures against risks such as the leakage, loss, or damage of Personal Information. Furthermore, regular checks are conducted; any violations, incidents, or accidents identified are promptly corrected; and weaknesses are addressed with preventive measures. We ensure thorough education and training on safety practices for all employees and business partners.
  4. We promptly and appropriately respond to any complaints or inquiries regarding our company's handling of Personal Information and Personal Information Protection Management System upon receipt. Furthermore, we have established and maintain a structured framework and procedures to ensure consistent and proper handling of such matters at all times.
  5. To ensure the proper use and protection of Personal Information, we monitor and audit compliance with internal regulations; actively work to identify violations, incidents, accidents, and vulnerabilities; and implement reviews by management. By reflecting the findings of these activities in our control measures and internal policies, we continuously review and improve our Personal Information Protection Management System.
