    As part of its company-wide digital transformation, a major general trading company identified improving operational efficiency through the use of Copilot as a key priority. However, during the initial rollout phase, the company faced challenges such as identifying which business processes were best suited for generative AI and how to measure its impact. As a result, there was a need not only to deploy the tool itself, but also to establish a framework that could drive mindset change among employees while simultaneously generating practical use cases.

    We delivered a Copilot enablement and use case development program. Specifically, we conducted cross-functional workshops to design practical usage scenarios tailored to tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
    In particular, for meeting minutes–related tasks, we developed standardized prompt templates that significantly reduced processing time. The insights gained were documented as ‘golden prompts’ and shared through a centralized framework, enabling company-wide adoption and consistent use.

    Following the proof of concept, the company successfully rolled out several thousand Copilot licenses across the organization, ultimately reaching a scale of nearly ten thousand users. This led to an average reduction of approximately 50 percent in time spent on tasks such as meeting minutes creation and document preparation. Employee surveys also generated a large volume of positive feedback.
    To address challenges during the initial adoption phase, awareness initiatives such as internal seminars and a champion program were introduced, driving higher usage rates and establishing a structure in which each department could independently advance operational improvements.
    Looking ahead, the company plans to systematically organize use cases by key business category and further expand initiatives that position generative AI not merely as a tool, but as a catalyst for business transformation.
