TOMOHIRO ADACHI

Profile

He joined ORIX as a new graduate and led large-scale corporate projects for over 20 years.
In the first half of his career, he engaged with the leadership of a wide range of companies—from major corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises—driving business growth by proposing optimal solutions to their financial and management challenges.
In the latter half, he took on the role of project manager for major engagements, delivering results consistently from conceptual design through to the execution phase.
He also built a track record that includes launching Japan's first PPA model and leading decarbonization and renewable energy projects worth several hundred million to several billion yen for listed companies, guiding them from concept to execution.

Building on his experience to date, he is dedicated to creating the mechanisms that enable companies to generate value over the long term.
With the driving force to move large-scale, complex projects forward and an approach that combines an executive perspective with hands-on execution, he advances corporate transformation from the front lines.
