After graduating from Kyoto University, she joined Fast Retailing, where she managed store operations as a store manager before taking on planning responsibilities at the head office.
She subsequently handled sales for major clients at the Recruit Group, and went on to take on enterprise sales and new business launches at a growth-stage company in the e-commerce and digital fields—building broad experience across business development and client support.

01 Reason for Joining
Drawn to the "Give & Give" spirit, she chose to join as a founding member
The main reason I decided to join Givery Consulting was that the "Give & Give" spirit—the idea of constantly giving to others and enriching the people around you—deeply resonated with me. I was certain that I’d be able to grow personally while also finding real fulfillment through my contributions to others in an environment underpinned by this philosophy. Plus, the business environment is not limited to just AI—the strength of our parent company Givery—but also covers development of a wide range of solutions, including SaaS and BPR, which I saw as an opportunity to significantly expand my career. The fact that it was a valuable opportunity to participate in the challenge of building the core of a company, including organizational development and HR system design, within the unique environment of its founding phase was also strong motivation for me joining the company.
02 What I Do Now
The thrill of building an organization from scratch and true joy of expanding our capabilities
She leads AI implementation support projects for the retail industry. As a manager, she is committed to developing junior team members, and while also engaging in overall business operations and resource management, she supports both project advancement and the strengthening of organizational capabilities.
03 Future Career Vision and Challenges
Taking on the challenge of organizational design that delivers lasting results, based on my store management and sales experience
Looking ahead, I want to take on the challenges of organizational development and creation of new value while drawing on all of my experience so far. I believe that the meticulous numbers-based management and budget-versus-actual management skills I gained through store and organizational management, along with the ability to lead diverse stakeholders cultivated in corporate sales and my management experience involving staff, can be directly applied to "work that changes the foundations of an organization." This work not only solves client issues but also designs optimal structures for teams and the organization itself and creates systems that deliver lasting results.
My aim is to have medium-to-long-term impact on both society and our clients. Through each project, I want to help clients cultivate the ability to operate independently. I truly believe that the accumulation of these efforts will lead to greater productivity and create value for society as a whole.
04 To Future Teammates and Those Considering Joining the Company

Givery Consulting is in the midst of rapid growth as an organization. I think this dynamic environment is perfect for people who don’t just want to take on the projects in front of them but also want to help shape the future of the company with their own hands.
What I hope for in future teammates is that they bring their full range of experience to the table and focus their skills and knowledge on "building the foundations for delivering real value to the world." Because we’re still in our founding phase, every contribution of an individual becomes output of the organization and directly connects to its impact on society.
