01 Reason for Joining

Desire to go beyond mere efficiency and pursue real prosperity

I decided to join Givery Consulting for three key reasons: pursuit of the potential of AI, participation in building the organization, and a company philosophy that resonated deeply with me.
First, based on the knowledge of AI I gained in my previous roles, I felt strongly that I could establish new competitive advantages by combining my consulting and project management skills with the power of technology.
Second, the opportunity to take on the challenge of organizational design as a core member during the startup phase was a major draw. I set my sights on taking on the challenge of using the project management and management experience I've gained so far to create future working environments in the role of an organizational project manager who designs the foundations of organizations and supports their growth.
Also, at the heart of this was the deep resonance I felt with Givery’s philosophy of "realizing a society in which all people prosper materially and mentally." The alignment of my own philosophy of "wanting to go beyond mere efficiency and instead pursue worker quality and prosperity in life" with this, along with the sense of purpose in building a sustainable and prosperous society, solidified my decision to join the company.

02 What I Do Now

Bringing experience from major corporations and a consulting firm to my strengths as a "client-centric project manager"

As the overall PMO, she concurrently manages multiple projects, including a large-scale AI initiative. Drawing on a career that spans business acumen, digital application, and project oversight, she supports large-scale projects from the dual perspectives of customer growth and business advancement.

03 Future Career Vision and Challenges

Vision that extends beyond personal growth to realization of a materially and mentally prosperous society

My focus has shifted from individual growth to growth of the organization itself. The challenge of helping Givery Consulting achieve significant growth is deeply connected to my long-term vision. Ultimately, I'd like to use the skills and knowledge I’ve gained through consulting work using AI and technology to create services and businesses that address social issues, such as education and social inequality. For me, consulting isn’t just about pursuing corporate profit. It’s about tackling structural issues in society and realizing the vision of "a materially and mentally prosperous society." That’s the mission I see as my ultimate goal as a consultant.

04 To Future Teammates and Those Considering Joining the Company

What I'm hoping for is the ability to grasp the essence of things and act

What I hope for most in future teammates is the ability to grasp the essence of things and take action to resolve them. The challenges our clients face are often hidden beneath the surface. Rather than just responding to visible issues, that attitude of pursuing the deeper essence of why they are happening will lead to the realization of Givery Consulting’s vision of creating "a materially and mentally prosperous society." This attitude is also the key way of thinking to smoothly integrate into our "Give & Give" culture.
The AI domain we work in holds potential to contribute to real prosperity for many workers and companies across Japan. We wholeheartedly welcome those who aim so high as to want to grow personally as they help this company grow and ultimately give back meaningful value to society in the future. Let’s build the best careers possible together in this exciting environment.
