Interviews
01 Reason for Joining
Desire to expand value beyond business process outsourcing (BPO) to AI and business process re-engineering (BPR)
Of all the companies I considered, I decided to join Givery Consulting because I sensed two major opportunities.
The first was the breadth of solutions. In my previous role, most of my proposals were focused on BPO, and I felt limited in the breadth of value I could deliver. But at Givery Consulting, I can work on a wide range of areas, from generative AI utilization support to BPR and system development. In this environment, I was certain that I could leverage my experience as a business consultant to expand my career in a more multifaceted way.
The other was that I can leverage cutting-edge technology, generative AI, as an empowering asset. Here at Givery Consulting, I can directly engage with decision-makers from a wide variety of industries while working at the forefront of the AI domain. I felt that this was not just an opportunity to improve operations but also an opportunity to tackle structural issues of society as a whole and have a significant impact.
02 What I Do Now
Driving real business transformation based on experience as a business consultant
He takes charge of the entire process from pre-sales through delivery.
Working in coordination with sales to identify client challenges, he provides hands-on support from the upstream phase of proposing improvements all the way through post-contract operational analysis, improvement design, and implementation support, advancing AI-driven organizational transformation.
With the operational understanding and structuring capabilities cultivated in his previous role at the core, he leads the development of the foundations that enable client problem-solving.
03 Future Career Vision and Challenges
Turning early-stage challenges into growth opportunities and exploring ways to contribute to the company
In my previous career, I focused on deepening my expertise as a business consultant. However, since joining Givery Consulting and having more opportunities to work alongside colleagues who excel at organizational development, I’ve naturally become more interested in the field of management as well. In an organization that is still in its early stages, there are always challenges because systems and processes are not yet fully established. But that is exactly why I can expand my role beyond predefined boundaries and explore new ways to contribute to the company. I feel that this experience itself is an irreplaceable value, and it is something you could never gain in a large, well-established organization.
04 To Future Teammates and Those Considering Joining the Company
A culture of mutual support without hesitation accelerates personal and team growth
The culture of Givery Consulting is symbolized by its "Give & Give" spirit. It’s a culture that values giving generously, but it doesn't mean that just you Give; it means everyone around you will Give in the same way, so it’s important to rely on your colleagues without hesitation. Even if you’re young and in your 20s, you’ll find an environment where the team supports each other and everyone can continue challenging themselves.
Givery Consulting is also a place where people with no prior consulting experience can confidently take on new challenges. If you’re looking to increase your market value or expand your career, this is definitely a place where you can grow. Let’s inspire each other and deliver new value to society.
