Profile

In the information systems department of a materials manufacturer, she was responsible for ICT utilization and operational reform across the entire group.
Through initiatives such as deploying groupware, overhauling the company-wide portal, and building an inquiry-response framework, she drove the optimization of the IT foundation and improvements in operational efficiency, implementing user-centered information design and business process improvements.
Handling everything from planning through deployment and adoption, she has sharpened her on-the-ground understanding and her ability to see initiatives through to practical results.

Although she had no prior experience in consulting when she joined, she gradually expanded her scope by leveraging the operational understanding and user-centered perspective cultivated in her previous role, and now plays a central role in projects.
Today, she is engaged in structuring challenges, business analysis, and the design and deployment support of improvement measures.
As a bridge between IT and business, she advances client transformation with her strengths in reliable execution and attentive, hands-on support.
