At SB Technology Corp. (now SoftBank Corp.), she was engaged in the development and operation of B2B web services built on Microsoft 365 and Azure, and also drove projects forward as a team lead.
She subsequently took charge of operational improvement in the ServiceNow domain, handling everything from requirements definition to implementation in a seamless, end-to-end manner—incorporating ITIL and security perspectives—and honing a capacity for structuring informed by an understanding of both the technical and operational sides.
