After joining a DX solutions support company, she centralized and standardized the back-office operations of the sales department as a sales administrator, establishing a foundation for operational efficiency.
Drawing on the operational knowledge cultivated through e-commerce marketplace management, she also engaged in practice-rooted consulting support, including leading a client company's warehouse relocation project. With a perspective that comprehensively understands everything from the back office to the front lines, she has worked on a wide range of operational improvements.

In addition to managing the Resource Management Office (RMO) for the consulting group, she also handles corporate functions as part of general affairs, contributing to building the foundation for organizational operations.
By carefully advancing coordination and information-sharing among stakeholders, she plays a role in creating an environment where the entire team can operate smoothly, supporting both projects and the organization through operational organizing and facilitation.
